The health of the digestive system plays a vital role with respect to health of the pregnant woman. If the digestive system is not in good health, there are increasing risks of the lady being affected by nausea during pregnancy.

Healthy Digestive System
First of all, a lady should make sure to keep her digestive system in good health. She should eat five to six small meals during the day, so that her stomach does not remain empty at all. Empty stomach can also be a cause of pregnancy nausea.
Drinking lot of water during the day is also necessary for maintaining proper health of the digestive system. All the waste from the body would be flushed out and the health of the digestive system would be improved with the aid of intake of plenty of water on daily basis.
As and when a lady has a feeling of nausea, she should chew some crackers. She should keep some crackers handy all the time, so as to cope up with the problem of nausea.
There are certain multivitamins which can prove to be of great help during pregnancy nausea. However, a woman should seek the advice of the doctor before taking any kind of multivitamin or supplement during pregnancy.
Breathing in fresh air in the morning can also help in providing relief from nausea during pregnancy. A morning walk of around half an hour would be of immense help in dealing with pregnancy nausea and would also help in maintaining optimum health.
