You can consume any non dairy source to satisfy your body’s calcium needs. The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests five daily servings of any calcium-rich food. These can be cheese, low fat yoghurt and among non dairy products it can be salmon, sesame seeds, tofu, broccoli and kale.
