Consumption of about thirty grams of fiber diet on a daily busy is important at the time of pregnancy. Your diet must include vegetables and fruits. At breakfast you can have whole grain cereals, prunes, bran and breads. You can also use vitamin and calcium supplements. Peppermint water can be helpful in preventing gas.

Exercise Can Be Effective

You can follow an appropriate plan of exercise during the pregnancy period in order to prevent constipation. This will help in correct movement of the bowel. You can perform some moderate exercises after speaking with your doctor.
