In Flight Precautions

While traveling by air, you must remember to buckle the seat belt below the belly, in order to ensure no harm to your baby. At the time of pregnancy it is always recommended to wear comfortable clothing especially at the time of traveling by air.

Doctors have often advised pregnant woman to indulge in walking down the aisle after every hour or two at the time of traveling by air. This helps in decreasing the blood clot and even in DVT or Deep Vein Thrombosis.

Avoid the consumption of beverages which have caffeine and alcohol, but it is always advisable to drink lots of water while traveling by air. Try to eat fresh fruits so as to maintain your nutritional level.
