Get Pregnant Naturally

Ready to get pregnant? planning on doing it naturally? then here are few things that you need to consider before you conceive. Here are few things that you can follow to ensure that you conceive naturally and have  healthy term and a healthy baby.

Stop Contraceptives

Its quite obvious that if you want to get pregnant naturally then you have to stop having protected sex. If you have been having the pill for a long time then it will be a little hard for you to get off the pill. The sooner you can get over this habit, the easier it’ll be for you to conceive.

Make changes in your lifestyle

You will have to get rid of some addictive habits like smoking and drinking and late night partying. Addiction to this not only destroys the chances of you for you to get pregnant but also increases the possibility of premature delivery, miscarriage and low birth weight for the baby. Studies have proven that every second cigarette that you have reduces your chance of having a baby, so the sooner you kick the habit the better.

Maintain an ideal weight

Its tough for overweight ladies to conceive and equally hard for those who are underweight.Maintain a healthy weight and get yourself into the 20-30 range of the Body Mass Index. Eat healthy and exercise well so that you can maintain a healthy weight.

Cut back  on caffeine

Studies have shown that caffeine addiction also affects the body’s ability to absorb iron and can increase the chance of a premature birth. If you are ready to try having babies cut back on caffeine, tea and caffeinated soda drinks.Do not drastically eliminate coffee from your life cut down slowly and slowly eliminate it.

Check if the time is right

You have to be financially stable and mentally ready to start a family. First send sometime with each other and get used to living with each other before you decide to bring a third member in between you. You also need to keep a track on your menstrual cycles and talk to your doctor about which is the best time of the month to try. There is no harm in trying but if you know when you are trying it is effective its more worth it.By doing this you will increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Wanting to get pregnant should be a mutual decision between your partner and you, remember its not something that should be decided by your family and you shouldnt bring a baby to the world just because they want you to.
