Nothing beats energy slumps and baby blues like good old food. However, it is important to eat the right food in the right quantities and at the right time. Protein is your best bet during pregnancy. Opt for small protein snacks like cheese, almonds, chicken sandwiches, boiled eggs and milk.

These will keep you feeling full and prevent hunger pangs. Opt for complex carbs in the form of oats and whole grain chapattis. Stay Happy
