Saturated Fats and Trans Fats

Refined foods
Over consumption of refined foods like white sugar, white bread, mashed potatoes, rice cakes and white pastas can also cause infertility in women. Caffeine
Researches have linked female infertility with excessive caffeine intake. Over consumption of caffeine disrupts the estrogen balance. It may also induce tubal factor infertility or endometriosis.
Consumption of more than 300 mg of caffeine per day may delay your pregnancy for more than one year. If you are planning to have a baby, restrict your intake of coffee to one cup per day. Avoid drinking other caffeinated beverages.

Alcohol
According to the American Pregnancy Association, alcoholism can induce infertility in women. Women planning for pregnancy should shun this habit as soon as possible.

The bacterium, Listeria present in the cheese prepared from unpasteurized milk often crosses the placenta and affects the uterus resulting in infertility. Avoid having soft cheese made from unpasteurized milk.
Uncooked Meat or Egg
We often consume uncooked meat while having sushi, pate, hot dogs and deli meat. Uncooked meat may be contaminated with salmonella and E.coli, which can cause infertility in women.
Women may also develop toxoplasmosis by consuming uncooked meat, which can seriously damage the fetus. Uncooked egg consumed through Caesar dressing, eggnog and cookie batter may also contain salmonella. Strictly avoid these infertility inducing foods.
