Foods that Cause infertility in Women

Excessive consumption of soy foods may cause infertility in women. These include all sorts of soy products like tofu, soy milk, soybeans, soy chunks and soy flour. Researches state that phytoestrogens present in soy products may disrupt the normal endocrinal function.
Too much intake of soy foods can cause endometriosis, uterine bleeding and uterine polyp ultimately leading to infertility. Cut down your intake of soy foods to cure infertility.
Saturated Fats and Trans Fats
Coconut, coconut oil, palm oil, hydrogenated oils, butter, high fat cheese, chips, cookies and doughnuts are rich in saturated fats and trans fats, which also contribute to female infertility.
Too much intake of the above mentioned foods directly affect normal ovulation cycle preventing the release of eggs from the ovaries. Researches clearly state that women fond of fried and junk foods are quite likely to develop ovulatory disorder than those following healthy eating habits.
Over consumption of refined foods like white sugar, white bread, mashed potatoes, rice cakes and white pastas can also cause infertility in women. Cheese Prepared from Unpasteurized Milk
Cheese is undoubtedly one of the best sources of calcium, an essential fertility boosting nutrient. But, cheese prepared from unpasteurized milk can have an adverse effect on the female reproductive system.
The bacterium, Listeria present in the cheese prepared from unpasteurized milk often crosses the placenta and affects the uterus resulting in infertility. Avoid having soft cheese made from unpasteurized milk.
Uncooked Meat or Egg
We often consume uncooked meat while having sushi, pate, hot dogs and deli meat. Uncooked meat may be contaminated with salmonella and E.coli, which can cause infertility in women.
Women may also develop toxoplasmosis by consuming uncooked meat, which can seriously damage the fetus. Uncooked egg consumed through Caesar dressing, eggnog and cookie batter may also contain salmonella. Strictly avoid these infertility inducing foods.
